How it works
The rules every AckiMeme coin follows. They live in the contracts' code: nobody, the platform included, can change them for a coin that already exists.
Fixed supply
- Every coin has exactly 1 billion tokens. Nobody picks another amount, not even its creator.
- Only the price curve creates tokens, and only when someone buys. The creator cannot mint tokens for themselves.
Price and graduation
- The price rises in a straight line as tokens are bought and falls as they are sold.
- When the curve's reserve reaches 2.3 million SHELL, the coin graduates: trading moves to the AckiSwap pool at the same price.
- In creator graduation mode, only the creator can request graduation in the 7 days after the threshold; after that, anyone can.
Fees
- On the curve: 1% on every buy and sell (0.7% to the platform and 0.3% to the creator).
- In the pool: 1% on every swap (0.3% to the protocol and 0.7% to liquidity providers).
- Trading fees are written in the contracts' code and cannot be changed.
Limits
- One buy on the curve takes at most 5% of the supply (50 million tokens).
- The curve settles one trade at a time: while a buy or sell finishes, the others wait.
- You set the slippage. If the price moves more than that before your trade, it is refused and your SHELL comes back.
Launch protections
- Anti-sniper: in a coin's first 2 minutes, every buy pays an extra fee that starts at 50% and falls to zero. It applies per buy, so splitting across wallets does not help. Waiting is always cheaper.
- Creator lock: whatever the creator buys in the first hour is held by the curve and only released when the coin graduates. Until then they cannot sell or move those tokens; if the coin never graduates, they stay locked.
- The lock applies to the wallet that created the coin. A contract has no way to recognise the same owner's other wallets; for that, each token page shows the holder concentration and whether the creator sold or moved tokens.
Locked liquidity
- At graduation, the pool's initial liquidity is locked forever. Nobody can withdraw it: not the creator, not the platform.
- That is why a graduated coin cannot be undone: the pool stays tradable even if everyone walks away.
- Anyone who adds liquidity after graduation can withdraw their own share whenever they want.
Immutable contracts
- The contracts cannot be replaced or upgraded once published.
- Changes to the factory's parameters (creation fee, fee recipient) only take effect 48 hours after they are announced on chain.
- An emergency pause blocks only buys and graduation, lasts at most 72 hours and can only repeat 72 hours later. Sells and withdrawals are never blocked.
Payments
- Sales pay SHELL straight to your wallet. Anything left as a credit (change, an undone buy) is withdrawn automatically.
What each token page shows
- The Token security panel checks the contracts on chain: official code, supply cap, who mints, locked liquidity, the creator's share and whether they sold.
- The top-10 holder concentration and the trading metrics come from the network indexer.
These rules apply to coins created by the current generation of AckiMeme contracts.
